Ashley is from Tucson, AZ and began dancing at age 10. She attended the University of Arizona's School of Dance where she studied under the direction of Melissa Lowe, Jory Hancock and Susan Quinn. During her years at the UofA Ashley attended multiple dance workshops hosted by the University that featured many guest instructors and choreographers. Throughout her time in AZ, Ashley taught ballet, jazz, lyrical, and tap at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, Casas Dance and Gymnastics, Creative Dance Arts and Gotta Dance, Dance Academy. In 2006, Ashley moved to Jackson, MS to begin her professional training with Ballet Magnificat. In 2008, she was promoted to Company Apprentice and in 2009 to Company Artist. During her time at Ballet Magnificat, she has taught and performed across the United States as well as 13 countries throughout Europe, Asia, South America and the Caribbean. In April 2015, Ashley retired from Ballet Magnificat and moved to Jonesboro, AR. where she began teaching ballet technique and choreographing at Studio 402, Nettleton High School and Christie McNeill's Dance Studio. She also taught Floor Barre classes at St Bernard's Health and Wellness Center. Ashley and her husband, Kason, relocated to Colorado Springs in August of 2016 to begin instructing at Colorado Ballet Society. Ashley is also a certified and licensed Progressing Ballet Technique Instructor.
