Courtney Olsen

Courtney has been dancing since she was two-years-old. She trained at the Ashburn Academy of Dance in Ashburn, Virginia before pursuing her degree at Brigham Young University in Utah. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance with a Ballet Emphasis from BYU. While in school she performed on the BYU Ballet Showcase Company. Upon graduation, she and her husband, Bryce, moved to North Carolina where she taught at various dance studios while Bryce earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy at Duke University. Courtney’s family grew in January 2020 when their son, Brooks, was born! Courtney loves being a mom and, in her spare time, enjoys taking dance classes, running, and baking. She is excited to be here in Colorado Springs and can’t wait to teach at the Colorado Ballet Society!
