Haley Mueksch has enjoyed dancing since the age of 3. She has taught ballet at multiple levels, from toddlers to pointe age dancers, for 12 years, amongst other supplemental styles. Her teaching career began in West Des Moines, Iowa, and continued in Iowa City with the University of Iowa Youth Ballet and School of Dance. During her second year of college, Haley was one of five undergraduate dance majors chosen to instruct for the University’s Youth Ballet and School of Dance. Since the age of 10, Haley has received classical Vaganova-based ballet training. Haley has danced with the School of Classical Ballet and Dance, Capital City Dance Center, and Des Moines Danz Arts Studio. She has attended multiple summer intensives growing up as well, including one with the Tulsa Ballet.

She graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. Eager for more opportunities to grow herself as an instructor, she took a leap of faith and ventured to Nashville in 2015. She has continued teaching with ROOTS Academy and Children’s Ballet Theatre, Shining Starz Dance Studio, and taught at multiple summer camps around the community. Later Haley felt called to ministry and moved to Louisville where she received her MA in Missiology from Southern Seminary while teaching for the Louisville Ballet School's Children's Division. Haley is very excited to share her passion for classical ballet and love for children with the students at Colorado Ballet Society
