Kaitlin Roberts, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, has had intensive studies in all areas of dance since the age of 4 at her home studio, Dance Dimensions by Jen Naso. She was on their competitive team for 10 years primarily performing in the genres of jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. Throughout her time at her home studio, she taught and assisted classes. In 2015 and 2016, she studied ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop with the New York Joffrey Ballet School. Kaitlin has been fortunate enough to have several performance opportunities throughout her high school career. Kaitlin had a blast performing on the Cleveland Gladiators Indoor Football Team Junior Dance Team in 2015. Through this experience, she performed weekly during halftime with other amazing young dancers in the Cleveland area. Kaitlin also performed with the Chicago Joffrey Ballet as a polichinelle in their rendition of The Nutcracker in the 2014 and 2015 seasons at Cleveland's Playhouse Square (she'll never forget her brief duet with the world's tallest male ballet dancer, Fabrice Calmels!). She was fortunate enough to become an NRG Dance Project Prodigy in 2017. For two years, she traveled the country, assisting faculty during dance conventions, and performed weekly with the Company. In 2018, Kaitlin moved to Colorado Springs to attend the United States Air Force Academy. Kaitlin was able to perform with and choreograph for the United States Dance Team for the 2018-2019 season. Now she is earning her degree in Astronautical Engineering while teaching hip hop to all the extremely talented students at CBS!
