Rebekah Gasporovich
Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Stretch/Strength
Rebekah was born and raised in Amarillo Texas. She started dancing at Doxa Dance Ministry under the instruction of Brittanie Wooten and Laci McCreary. While at Doxa she studied ballet, pointe, and contemporary and performed various corps and lead roles in Doxa’s original ballets. She was also a part of Doxa Coterie, a pre-professional training program led by Mark and Karrina Leber. While a part of Doxa Coterie she had the opportunity to perform locally, nationally, and internationally while using dance as a platform to share the gospel. Rebekah attended Ballet Magnificat’s summer dance intensive in 2016, 2017, and 2018 where she received instruction from Jiri Voborsky and Kathy Thibedeux. In addition, she had the opportunity to perform several pieces from the company for the student galas. In 2020 she moved to Madison Wisconsin to join the trainee program with Magnum Opus Ballet where she received instruction from Abigail Henninger and Karen Chu. She performed alongside the company in all four productions for the 2020-21 season. From 2021- 2023 Rebekah danced with Reverent Rhythms, a Christian Modern/Jazz company. During this time she toured to six different states performing the company's repertoire.

Rebekah discovered her love for teaching while serving as an assistant teacher at Doxa and eventually being promoted to instructor. She loves teaching dance and encouraging her students to use their God-given gifts for His glory. She also understands perfection is unattainable and encourages her students to pursue excellence in all they do.
