Summer Session Classes and Young Dancers  (June 21 - July 17, 2021) 

  • Tuition:

    • 1-3 hours:   $20/hour

    • 4+ hours: $17/hour

    • Drop-in Rate: $22

Excelerate Dance Workshop​ (June 21 - July 15, 2021)

  • $390 for 4 weeks

  • $105/week

  • $37/day

  • Drop-in rate: $22/hour

Summer Ballet Intensive (June 21 - July 15, 2021)

  • 1 Week: $345

  • 2 Weeks: $655

  • 3 Weeks: $945

  • 4 Weeks: $1210

  • Daily Rate: $90

  • Drop-in rate: $22/hour

Broadway Workshop​ (July 19 - 23, 2021)

  • Full Week: $400

  • Daily Rate: $85/day

  • Drop-in rate: $22/ hour

Worship Workshop​ (July 26 - 30, 2021)

  • Full Week: $400

  • Daily Rate: $85/day

  • Drop-in rate: $22/ hour

Master Class Series​ (Fridays: June 25; July 2, 9, 16)

  • 1-2 hours $22/hour

  • 3-4 $19/hour

  • 5-6 hours $18/hour

  • 7+ $17/hour

Summer Session (June 21 - July 17, 2021)

  • One-Time Summer Registration Fee = $25/student (non-refundable)

  • Single Class and Drop-In Rate = $22/hour

  • Summer Tuition and Registration Fee(s) are DUE 24 hours after notification of tuition/fees total. You will receive your summer total via email. If after 24 hours, payment has not been received, your dancer will be dropped from all classes.

  • Ballet Intensive, Broadway Workshop, and Worship Workshop classes may be taken a la carte at the Single Class rate or the Daily rate, however, fully enrolled students will take precedence in registration.

  • Online registration is NOT available for a la carte classes. Please contact the Front Desk directly.

  • Single Class and Daily rate dancers will be waitlisted and added into a session by the Front Desk.

  • All Summer session programs require a completed registration form, completed policy form, and non-refundable registration fee of $25/per student.

 

Discounts 

  • Special Workshop Discount: When a dancer enrolls in 4 weeks of SBI, they will receive an additional 10% off of Broadway and/or Worship Workshop tuition.

  • Families with more than one dancer enrolled pay full tuition for the dancer with the higher tuition. Each additional family member receives a 10% discount on their tuition. This is applied to your account AFTER you register.

 

Payment / Adding and Dropping Classes 

  • Tuition is due at the time of registration.

  • There is a $10.00 administrative fee every time a drop form is completed for a schedule change for Children’s Division.

  • There is a $15.00 administrative fee every time a drop form is completed for a schedule change for Studio/Pre-Pro.

  • Should a student need to withdraw from a class or from the school for any reason, we appreciate notification as soon as possible so that your space in class can be reassigned to another student.

  • Class times may be adjusted, or classes may be removed from the schedule, should enrollment not reach or maintain 4 students. Colorado Ballet Society will give classes a reasonable amount of time to build enrollment.

  • Should a student choose to register for a la carte classes within Intensive or Workshops, please note that students who register for the full intensive or workshops take priority over a la carte students.

  • Make payments through the Parent Portal OR by cash, credit, debit card, or check at the Front Desk. Checks should be made out to Colorado Ballet Society or CBS.

  • Handle all billing inquiries with the Business Manager:  billing@danceinthesprings.com

 

Refund Policy 

  • Registration fees are not eligible to be refunded.

  • Should a student choose to register for a la carte classes within Intensive or Workshops, please note that students who register for the full intensive or workshops take priority over a la carte students.

  • In the case of injury, tuition credit will NOT be considered without a letter of explanation from a licensed physician and a formal written request for withdrawal emailed to: admin@danceinthesprings.com

Attendance/Absences

  • Students are expected to attend all classes.

  • If a student is unable to attend a class for any reason, the student or parent needs to call the studio prior to the time of the scheduled class or rehearsal.

  • There are no refunds for missed classes or programs.

  • Classes must be made-up within the current session and may not be carried over (Summer season ends July 17th)

  • Classes can be made-up in the following ways: Same level if offered at a different time, one level lower, or another dance form in a comparable level.

  • Please inform the Front Desk of any injury, illness, etc. immediately.
