Our Divisions

Performing Opportunities for Students at Colorado Ballet Society

All students enrolled at CBS are invited to perform in the spring with the production assigned to their division. Many students are enrolled in more than one division and thus perform with each division.

 

It is necessary to inform the Front Desk if you would like to opt out of your Division’s production. Performance fees, deadlines, dress rehearsal dates, and performance dates are explained in the Policies. Divisions include:​​

  • ​Pre-professional Division Levels 3b-8

  • Upper Division Levels Ballet Encore 1-5 & Non Ballet Classes Encore 1-5 & Levels 2-8

  • Secondary Division Levels 2-3a

  • Primary Division Sparkle 2.5-5, Superheroes 4-7, Levels 1a-1b 

Primary Division

From age 2.5 where children explore the art form in a safe environment.
